General SSO Helpdesk vs. Department Support
Before you pick up the phone, make sure you are calling the right team. Mixing them up will just result in you being transferred or asked to call a different number.
Call the General SSO Helpdesk if:
- You cannot log in at all
- Your password reset OTP is not arriving
- You need to merge duplicate profiles
