Rajasthan SSO ID Registration, without the guesswork

Registration is the one screen you only ever fill out once — after this, every future visit is just a login. This page exists so that one screen goes smoothly the first time.

Now the detail

Open the one that’s you

Each one expands into its own walkthrough — the other two stay out of your way.

Citizen registration Jan Aadhaar or Google
  1. Choose Citizen on the registration screen

Then decide between Jan Aadhaar and Google as your proof of identity.

  2. Verify yourself

Jan Aadhaar path: pick your name from the family list, then enter the OTP sent to your linked mobile. Google path: sign in and grant access.

  3. Set a username and password

The username becomes your permanent SSO ID — keep a note of it somewhere safe.

  4. Submit the form

Fill in what’s left and you’re through to your dashboard.

If the OTP is slow to arrive, double-check the mobile number tied to your Jan Aadhaar record is the one in your hand before requesting a resend.
Business (Udyog) registration BRN or SAN
  1. Choose Udyog on the registration screen

This is the business track, separate from the citizen sign-up.

  2. Enter your BRN

Type it without spaces or dashes — the portal fetches your firm’s details automatically once it’s recognised.

  3. Confirm the details shown

Match them against your actual business registration before continuing.

  4. Set a username and password, then submit

That username is your SSO ID for every future licensing or procurement login.

Number not recognised? Confirm it was actually issued by the Department of Industries rather than a different registry — that’s the usual culprit.
Government employee registration SIPF number and password
  1. Choose Government Employee on the registration screen

This route is separate from both the citizen and business tracks.

  2. Enter your SIPF number and password

The same credentials tied to your payroll and service record.

  3. Confirm your personal details

They should match your official employee file exactly.

  4. Set a username and password, then submit

That’s the login that will open Shala Darpan, RPSC, RSMSSB and RSSB from now on.

Details not matching? It usually means something on your service record needs updating with your department first, before the SSO side will accept it.
Two minutes of prep

Have this within reach before you open the form

Nothing kills momentum like registering halfway, then hunting for a document in another room.

Citizen

For the Jan Aadhaar or Google route

  • Jan Aadhaar number, or your Google login
  • The mobile number linked to your Jan Aadhaar record
  • A username idea you’ll actually remember later
Business

For the Udyog route

  • Your BRN or SAN, copied exactly as issued
  • Basic firm details, in case they don’t auto-fill
  • A working mobile number for verification
Government staff

For the employee route

  • SIPF number and password
  • Personal details matching your service file
  • A few minutes where you won’t be interrupted
Setting expectations

How long verification actually takes

Not every path clears at the same speed — worth knowing before you assume something’s stuck.

RouteWhat usually happens after you submit
Jan Aadhaar / GoogleClears within seconds — your dashboard loads immediately, no waiting involved.
BRN (Business)Instant on most days. If the Department of Industries’ records happen to be mid-sync, you may see a pending message instead — try again within the hour rather than resubmitting straight away.
SIPF (Employee)Clears immediately, provided the details you entered match your official service record exactly.
Before you talk yourself out of it

What tends to hold people back

A few honest answers to the things that make people close the tab before finishing.

“I don’t have my Jan Aadhaar card on me right now.”

You don’t need the physical card — just the number, and the mobile linked to it for the OTP. No number handy either? The Google route skips Jan Aadhaar entirely.

“I share this computer with my family — is that a problem?”

Not for registration itself, but once you’re through, always log out of your dashboard afterward. A shared device and an open SSO session don’t mix well.

“I started this once before and gave up halfway.”

That’s fine — nothing is saved until you actually submit. Start again from the top; a half-finished attempt earlier doesn’t block a fresh one now.

“I’m not sure if I need a BRN or a SAN.”

Use whichever one your business was actually issued — the portal accepts either. If you’re unsure which one applies to your firm, the Department of Industries can confirm it faster than guessing.

A few more questions

Registration specifics people ask about

Is there an age requirement to register?
You need to be old enough to hold your own Jan Aadhaar or Bhamashah record as an individual. For most personal services this means adulthood, though the exact requirement depends on the specific service you’re eventually applying for.
Can I register from my phone instead of a computer?
Yes — the registration form works in any mobile browser. Just make sure the phone you’re using is also the one that can receive your OTP, since switching devices mid‑verification tends to cause delays.
I noticed a typo right after submitting — can I fix it?
Small personal details can usually be corrected from your profile once you’re logged in. For a typo in your BRN or SIPF number specifically, contact the helpdesk rather than trying to re-register from scratch.
Does my SSO ID expire, or need renewing?
No — once created, it stays active indefinitely as long as you’re using it. There’s no annual renewal step to remember.
Can a family member or agent register on my behalf?
The OTP goes to your own registered mobile, which effectively ties registration to you personally. Someone can sit with you and help you through the screens, but the account itself should be created under your own identity.
What if my OTP never shows up at all?
Confirm the number you’re expecting it on is actually the one linked to your Jan Aadhaar or SIPF record, wait a minute, and request it again. If it still doesn’t land after a couple of tries, the SSO helpline above can check on their end.
